DESCRIPTION
The DEP Nickel Finish Expansion Chamber is a performance two-stroke exhaust pipe designed specifically for the Yamaha YZ125 and YZ125X. Handmade in the UK by DEP's experienced engineers, each two-stroke exhaust system is dyno and track tested to deliver performance gains over the standard OEM exhaust system.
Finished with a durable nickel-plated coating, this expansion chamber combines DEP's performance-focused design with a consistent shine that's easier to maintain than a traditional bare steel pipe. It is designed to work with both OEM and DEP silencers, making it suitable as a performance upgrade while retaining your existing compatible silencer.

Performance
DEP has over 35 years of experience developing performance motorcycle exhaust systems. Its two-stroke pipes are developed using both dyno and real-world track testing to optimise performance compared with the standard OEM exhaust system.
The expansion chamber is designed as a direct performance upgrade for compatible YZ125 and YZ125X models without requiring a DEP silencer to be fitted at the same time.

Installation Notes
~ Compatible with OEM and DEP silencers
~ Initially fit the expansion chamber loosely to its mounting points
~ Fit the silencer before fully tightening the expansion chamber fixings
~ Once correctly aligned, tighten all mounting hardware
~ Some DEP pipes feature intentionally flattened sections to provide clearance around the frame, engine or coolant hoses
Jetting
For a standard, unmodified motorcycle, DEP recommends retaining the standard jetting settings unless otherwise specified.
For modified engines, the fuel mixture should be checked after installation and adjusted where required. DEP recommends checking the spark plug for correct mixture or consulting an experienced engine tuner.

Orders can be shipped from either Auckland, Hamilton, Kihikihi, New Plymouth, Wellington or Christchurch warehouses. Depending on the location of items you have ordered, Motozone will ship your purchase from the closest location where possible.

For orders under $199.00, shipping throughout New Zealand is $7.99 for Urban and $12.99 for Rural Shipping.
In most cases shipping is overnight however it can take 2-3 days depending on time/day the order was placed. If delivery is to a rural address please allow a couple of extra days. We can ship to your place of work!

RETURNS
RETURNS
Any goods purchased from Motozone can be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.
This right of return will not cover items that are special orders and found to be an incorrect fit, this is the responsibility of the purchaser, however all other standard warranties will apply.
Freight costs will not be refunded.
