STOCK AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. Motozone will always contact you regarding unexpected delays or product changes.

PRICING

All pricing is shown in NZ dollars and is GST inclusive. Prices on Motozone’s site are subject to change without prior notice. Free shipping on order over $149.

PAYMENT

Motozone accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Afterpay and Bank Deposit. Our payment process is protected by 128 bit SSL technology so you can be sure that your credit card details are absolutely safe and secure.

WARRANTIES

All the products we sell are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty service. Any goods for possible warranty replacement must be returned to us with proof of purchase for warranty assessment and inspection. Items covered under manufacturer’s warranty will be repaired or replaced. Shipping is not covered under any warranty. Any Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hrs of receipt quoting invoice number, courier tracking number. This can be made by e mail or phone, with digital image showing damage. We will endeavour to remedy all disputes within 14 days of notification. Postage on goods found to be damaged during delivery will be covered by Motozone. Hard parts (engine parts, electrical parts) must be fitted by a certified motorcycle technician.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You may have the benefit of statutory guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Unless you purchase any good or obtain any service for the purposes of a business, nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude your rights under that Act. Where you do purchase, or obtain services for the purposes of a business, then the Consumer Guarantees Act statutory guarantees do not apply to your purchase and we exclude any liability of any kind (whether in contract, tort, equity or otherwise) to you or anyone claiming through you, relating to any loss of profits or revenue, loss of business or missed opportunities, wasted expenditure or savings you might have had, or any form of indirect or consequential loss whatsoever, arising from that purchase or the information contained within this website.
