The Gaerne GP1 LS Racing Boots represent the pinnacle of Gaerne’s road racing lineup. Developed through close collaboration between Gaerne’s R&D team and professional riders, the GP1 LS blends over sixty years of Italian craftsmanship with cutting-edge race technology.
The lightweight microfiber upper offers excellent abrasion resistance while maintaining a close, race-focused fit. Front and rear instep inserts enhance support and stability, keeping the boot secure under aggressive riding. At the heart of the GP1 LS is the Gaerne Floating Pivot System (GFPS), designed to provide outstanding lateral support while limiting over-compression and hyperextension, all while allowing natural movement on the pegs.
Protection is handled by an anatomically shaped, replaceable PU-injected front shin plate, complete with a replaceable nylon slider for durability. A PU shifter guard improves sensitivity during gear changes while reinforcing the toe area. On the inside of the boot, rubber Grip Guard panels enhance grip against the bike and protect the leg from engine and exhaust heat.
Fit and adjustability are dialled in via an internal zip with elastic ankle insert, paired with an adjustable calf closure using a replaceable BOA® Li2 reel, allowing fast, precise and secure adjustment for a wide range of leg sizes. Inside, a breathable lining and strategically placed ankle padding of varying thickness deliver comfort and support during long sessions.
The Gaerne racing sole features distinct grip zones and a low-profile design integrated seamlessly with the upper for maximum feel on pegs and controls. Interchangeable magnesium toe and heel sliders provide smooth, controlled sliding when the boot meets the asphalt. Fully CE certified and proudly made in Italy, the GP1 LS is built for riders chasing podiums.

Orders can be shipped from either Auckland, Hamilton, Kihikihi, New Plymouth, Wellington or Christchurch warehouses. Depending on the location of items you have ordered, Motozone will ship your purchase from the closest location where possible.

For orders under $199.00, shipping throughout New Zealand is $7.99 for Urban and $12.99 for Rural Shipping.
In most cases shipping is overnight however it can take 2-3 days depending on time/day the order was placed. If delivery is to a rural address please allow a couple of extra days. We can ship to your place of work!

RETURNS
Any goods purchased from Motozone can be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.
This right of return will not cover items that are special orders and found to be an incorrect fit, this is the responsibility of the purchaser, however all other standard warranties will apply.
Freight costs will not be refunded.
